Once the damage is assessed, our team will begin clean-up, adhering to industry standards, employing innovative technologies and equipment. Our restoration team will provide a complete re-build to pre-loss condition.

+ HOW DOES 24 RESTECH REMOVE WATER DAMAGE AND REPAIR MY HOME OR BUSINESS?

If you have experienced a flood or water emergency, we will attempt to stop the water source from creating additional damage, then we will use our water extraction equipment to remove excess water from the area. The drying process begins with dehumidifiers, airmovers, and other water extraction technologies. Once the problem is resolved and the moisture content has been reduced, the restoration process to return to pre-loss condition begins.

+ WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE AFTER A FIRE?

Before re-entering the damaged structure, obtain permission from the fire department. Find a safe place to stay. Obtain a fire report from officials and contact your insurance company to begin the claim process. Contact your mortgage company or landlord to report the fire, and retrieve important documents, cash, and irreplaceable items before you leave the property. Take photos of the property and belongings. Save receipts for money you spend related to the loss to submit to your insurance provider and the IRS for income tax purposes.
